This plan includes two meals, a seasonal kaiseki dinner made with seasonal ingredients and a Japanese breakfast, invented by the head chef who won the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare Award in 2024. The room is a modern Japanese twin room that was renovated last fall. Enjoy a relaxing trip in the large public bath and our own hot spring source, the oldest hidden hot spring in the Hokuriku region, Awazu Onsen. ■ Guest Rooms ■ Renovated last fall ★ Modern Japanese twin room, 4 people capacity, 2 beds ★ Modern Japanese twin room with open-air bath, 3 people capacity, 2 beds For both, if there are more than 3 people, please sleep in the bed and Japanese futon. ■　Meals　■ ★Dinner: "Tsujinoya style" kaiseki cuisine incorporating seasonal ingredients For dinner, the "Tsujinoya style" is to eat hot food while it's hot and cold food cold. Fresh ingredients are purchased daily from markets within the prefecture, and with local ingredients blessed with the "seafood" of the Sea of Japan and the "mountain produce" of Kaga, you can enjoy the seasonal flavors to your heart's content throughout the year.
